Many production events cannot be captured by a single photo per cycle: manual assembly steps, material flow, safety zone violations, intermittent process deviations. Traditional machine vision looks at one image; understanding a process requires watching it continuously.
How it works
We process live camera streams locally and run AI inference continuously or on production events. The system detects and records what happens – actions, objects, movements, deviations – and generates results, alarms, metadata, and dashboard entries in real time.
Unlike one-image-per-cycle machine vision, video inference provides continuous process understanding. And because processing runs at the edge, industrial video is analyzed without continuously uploading it to the cloud.
