We store the conversation, together with the page you started it on and your chosen language, for up to 30 days to improve the service, after which it is deleted automatically. If you provide your name and email address, we also send the conversation to our team by email so we can respond to your enquiry; that email is retained under our general business-correspondence retention. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the chat processing, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries. You may request access to or deletion of your conversation at any time by writing to info@robomindsystems.ai. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
