The industrial problem
Most factories already have cameras: rule-based vision cameras built into production machines, inspection stations from earlier projects, IP cameras over the lines, CCTV covering halls and logistics areas. Rule-based systems reach their limits with natural variation in surfaces and parts, and nobody can watch every stream – so the installed hardware delivers far less value than it could. Replacing it all for the sake of AI is expensive and usually unnecessary.
How it works
We connect to your existing camera infrastructure – cameras built into production machines and their rule-based vision systems, RTSP and ONVIF streams from IP and CCTV cameras, GigE Vision and USB industrial cameras – and run AI models on those streams on a local edge device. Detection, classification, OCR, anomaly detection, and event recognition are added as a layer on top of what you already own, and rule-based inspections can be replaced or complemented by AI models that handle natural variation.
Deployment is deliberately low-risk: we typically start with one or two existing cameras as a pilot, prove the detection quality on your real footage, and then extend across further cameras. Results go to dashboards, alerts, PLCs, or your existing video management system.
