Industrial AI Doesn't Start With Models. It Starts With Data.

AI in manufacturing doesn't start with models. It starts with data. In many projects, the first real value is not the "AI" itself, but the fact that reliable, structured production data starts to exist at all.

A good example is this custom-built packing system frontend: orders, item numbers, and packing events are captured cleanly at the point of work, validated as they are entered, and stored in a structured database instead of paper and spreadsheets.

Once that foundation exists, everything else becomes possible: traceability, production reporting, quality analysis – and eventually AI that has trustworthy data to learn from. Skipping this step is the most common reason industrial AI projects stall.
